IELTS Trainer

Job description and responsibilities:

• Create lesson plans,
• Track student progress,
• Offer extra lessons to struggling students,
• Follow the institute’s guidelines and regulations,
• Ensure that every student is treated fairly,
• Report the progress of the student to the admin,
• Encourage students to practice outside of the classroom.

Qualifications for IELTS trainer

• Bachelor’s in teaching – preferred,
• Incredible interpersonal skills,
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans,
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of different people,
• Ability to keep records of student progress,
• Excellent organizational skills,
• Awareness of problems with students,
• Great patience to work with students,
• Open-minded to connect with students from all walks of life.

Freshers and aspering IELTS trainers are also encouraged to submit their application.
